Louisiana wildlife and nature photographer based in Hammond, LA.
My wildlife photography is an exploration of the beauty that surrounds us every day but is often overlooked. Through images of birds, flowers, insects, and other wildlife, I aim to draw attention not to the vast landscapes, but to the details of nature and wildlife which often go unnoticed. By creating the focus on subjects against softly-blurred backgrounds, I invite viewers to slow down and truly see the beauty present right before our eyes. The choice of print medium, from textured, cotton papers to pearl finishes, is intentional and enhances both the visual and tactile experience of each subject.
At the heart of my work is a desire to educate, inspire awe, and encourage conservation. I believe nature has the power to nurture well-being and to restore a sense of curiosity and wonder in this increasingly stressful and fast-paced world. Through my art, I hope to foster a deeper connection to these often overlooked creations, and I hope you, the viewer, feel motivated to care for and protect this amazing planet we have been so graciously gifted.
